EQS Project Manager

🚩 Main activities of the position

Before the sale

- Define the customer's needs in collaboration with the sales team

- Provides support to the sales teams, in particular through participation in responses to calls for tender.

- Collects all punctual requests for services from clients or prospects.

- Builds ad hoc offers

- Builds the reciprocal service contracts between MASTERIS and SNCF

Downstream of the sale

- Ensures the link with the client in the follow-up of the contract.

- Ensures the implementation of an efficient management of the service.

- Monitoring of daily production.

- Ensures the proper functioning of the means necessary for production (parts, reinforcements, etc.)

Cross-cutting tasks:

- Follow-up of invoicing elements. (Customer supplier)

- Waiver of training after clearance, if applicable

Profile sought:

Engineer Bac+5 generalist, embedded computing, real time system.

Desired Experience:

2 years experience in the railway signalling industry, or operators or infrastructure managers or European authorities.

Failing that, a school with a specialization in signalling and railway systems and a significant internship or an apprenticeship program.

Business knowledge (know-how) :

- Participation in the animation of the commercial activity

- Business management

- Technical expertise:

                                       -Technical expertise on railway rolling stock or industrial equipment

                                       -Knowledge in the field of EQS (National System (TVM, KVB, ...), ERTMS, RADIO VOICE, RADIO DATA, ...)

                                       -Knowledge of texts and standards related to SQE (TSI, SAMS, MAC, ...)
