🚩 Main activities of the position
Your project as a parts manager:
Objectives
Short Term :
- Handling of classic maintenance services,
- Sale of parts on customer request.
- To know the scope of the punctual services (types of operation, customers and suppliers)
Medium Term :
- Handling of complex maintenance services,
- Setting up contracts with clients.
- To position itself as a MASTERIS representative for the sale of specific services on locomotives and work machines.
Long Term:
- To perpetuate the activity of punctual services.
Your main missions:
Within the punctual services division and in close collaboration with the whole team, the missions consist in :
- Identify and understand customer needs.
- Participate in the creation of maintenance solutions for third party customers (creation of the solution with suppliers / costing / scheduling of the service).
- Ensure the commercial link with the customers.
- Set up parts sales services: Symbol research, inventory consultation, costing, etc.
In a more detailed way, the missions consist in :
- Contribute to the definition of the customer's needs with the sales team,
- Manage and build offers / contracts,
- Coordinate the various industrial and/or engineering contributors,
- Ensure the assembly of the offer and manage the schedules,
- Ensure the link with the customer in the framework of the follow-up of the contract,
- Ensure that the service is delivered according to contractual commitments,
- Ensure the follow-up of the daily production,
- Oversee customer / supplier billing items,
- Ensure the proper functioning of the means necessary for production (parts, reinforcements, etc.)

Profile sought:
You have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in the railway environment.
Know-how / Expertise :
- Have technical knowledge of locomotives and railroad equipment.
- Have notions of costing (offers/contracts).
- Have a customer appetite.
- Knowledge of ECE (would be a plus).
