🚩 Main activities of the position

Under the functional supervision of the SNCF TGV Series Life based in HELLEMMES (59- Suburb of Lille), the Local Support Engineer (ISP) will be responsible for leading the Maintenance Engineering and Logistics Support on the TGV series within the SNCF technical center located in Châtillon.

 

As such, the ISP will be the relay of the Gerland Technicentre's Serial Life (engineering) and will be required to respond to the daily requests of the Maintenance Technicians on the following subjects

- Follow-up of incidents, experience feedback

- Quality/methods topics in connection with Engineering and Industrialization and Technicenters' Methods.

- Responding to requests from production agents on Safety, Quality, Costs, Deadlines and SLI items.


The service will be provided in direct collaboration with railway engineers, technicians and SNCF managers from the Technical Engineering and Maintenance departments spread throughout the country, the technical center in charge of TGV maintenance (production, methods, purchasing, etc.) and industrial logistics players.

 

The expected results are :

- The gains in operational availability of equipment in the TM (availability of

support)

- The contribution to the reliability of the series

- Increase in the number of concrete actions completed in the Technicentre (satisfaction of the Technicentre management)

- The increase in the number of irritants resolved.

What about you?

 

This position requires a good understanding of the maintenance of railway equipment as well as the organization of the SNCF Material Domain. As a railway engineer, we are looking for a person with solid knowledge in electricity, electronics, computer science or mechanics with a technical and functional mastery of a train (including computer network).

Customer and result oriented, you are diplomatic and cooperative and master communication methods and collaborative work in an industrial and operational environment.

Advanced knowledge in the use of tools such as ERP (procurement), CMMS (planning, monitoring, traceability), BASL.
