The management team
The Executive Committee, headed by the Chief Executive Officer, is made up of the Directors of each department (Rail Logistics & Rail Works, Passenger Rail Equipment, Urban Transport and Engineering, Tenders & Projects). Finance, purchasing, human resources, marketing and communication are the functions represented by their respective Directors on the Management Committee. The Management Committee is composed of 9 members.
With an engineering degree from Centrale Lille and an MBA from HEC, Remi has more than 20 years of experience in the railway industry, including 10 years with SNCF. In his last position, he was Director of Finance Purchasing Strategy in the Equipment Division.
He joins Masteris in May 2019 as Chief Executive Officer where his mission is to continue the development of the entity while strengthening the proximity with the Equipment Division, at a time when competition is setting in.

Carole holds a Master's degree in labour law, complemented by a Master's degree in Human Resources. She has been working in the HR field for over 20 years. She started her professional activity in the LVMH group, within the watchmaking and jewellery branch, before joining the Suez group as Personnel Manager at Cofély. She joined the ORTEC group in 2007 as HR Manager before joining the SNCF group in 2011. She started her activity in HR management and then joined the Transilien teams. Her last position was as HR Director for SOFIAP, a subsidiary of the SNCF group, specialising in credit.
Carole joined Masteris in February 2022 as Director of Human Resources. Her mission is to establish the HR function and to support the company's development by maintaining a high level of employee commitment and satisfaction.

A graduate of NEOMA Business School, Damien spent the first 5 years of his career with EY as an auditor. He joined the SNCF Group in 2006, first in a Corporate M&A role and then, from 2009, as CFO of subsidiaries in the Transport & Logistics branch (Novatrans then Naviland Cargo).
He joined Masteris as Chief Financial Officer in May 2018 and brings to the Company his experience in steering the finance function extended to IS, legal, compliance and purchasing areas.
We improve what we measure
As a graduate engineer from the Ecole Polytechnique de Louvain, Antoine has more than 12 years of experience in railway engineering in the design of new trains. He then continued his career by 6 years in the development and sale of rail services for various clients (expert appraisals and repairs, mid-life renovations, predictive maintenance, obsolescence treatment, etc.).
Antoine joined Masteris at the beginning of 2019 in order to more widely deploy the company's skills in the various fields of engineering.

An ENSEEIHT engineer and MBA from IAE Paris-Sorbonne Business School, Yariss-Lionel has 26 years' experience with the SNCF Group. He began his career in maintenance engineering at an industrial Technicentre. He then worked for ten years as head of the technical work package for several rolling stock acquisition projects and the admission of foreign equipment to the French rail network. He then broadened his field of expertise with positions as Passenger Information System Project Manager, Commitments Analyst in the Group Strategy Department and Deputy Director of a Maintenance Technicenter. In his last position, within the Equipment Purchasing Department, he headed the team in charge of rolling stock and safety equipment procurement contracts for all SNCF Voyageurs Activities.
He joined MASTERIS in October 2023 as Director of Passenger Rail Equipment, where his mission is to propose and implement engineering & maintenance service offers for this vast rolling stock segment.

A graduate of ESCP Business School, Arnaud has 28 years of experience in mobility services within the SNCF Group. After managing a freight forwarder at ERMEVA and then managing SNCF Fret Deutschland, he worked at SNCF Conseil and implemented the Commitments Committee. After being responsible for contract management at TER Lorraine and performance optimisation at the Group Purchasing Department, his last mission took place in Doha, Qatar. He was involved in the launch of the Metro and Tramway for the World Cup, where he managed all the subcontracts in the field of maintenance.
He joined Masteris in January 2022 as Director of Urban Transport France & International, where his mission is to develop the commercial strategy, engineering and maintenance services for urban rolling stock.

A graduate of INSA, Louis has over 20 years of experience in the railway industry. In 2011, he was the project manager who enabled the circulation of high-speed trains between France and Spain. From 2014 to 2017, he simultaneously put the Régio2N trains into commercial operation in all regions of France. In 2017, he took charge of the RERNG Project on part of the RER Line E
Louis joined Masteris in October 2020 to manage the contract for the renovation of almost 1,000 train sets in all regions of France. He and his teams will take on this mission as Director of "OPTER", the name of the campaign that includes the renovation of AGC and TER2NNG trains.

With a Master's degree in communications and multimedia, Emilie spent the first 10 years of her professional life working for business law firms. After 8 years as Communications Manager at Racine Avocats, she became BD, Marketing & Communications Manager for the French office of the international law firm BCLP.
Emilie joined MASTERIS in January 2024 as Marketing & Communication Manager. Her mission is to deploy the marketing and communication strategy in line with the company's strategic development plan, and to ensure the operational implementation of the multi-channel marketing plan aligned with MASTERIS' business objectives.
