Set up in 2020, the TOUS MASTERIS project, symbolized by a House made up of 6 pillars, represents the unifying methodological thread for guaranteeing sustainable performance.
It is aligned with the strategic priorities defined by the SNCF Group and is part of the TOUS SNCF vision of SNCF Voyageurs and its Industrial Division.
Corporate project 2023-2025
As part of its 2023-2025 entity project and following a strategic diagnosis, MASTERIS has decided to deploy a CSR policy that will make CSR a strong part of its corporate culture, with the support of employees who are already mobilized around these issues. A stronger commitment to CSR will enable MASTERIS to address the challenges facing its customers and society in general.
