Service objectives

Support the customer in: drawing up tender documents, technical analysis of bids (preparation of clauses to be included), helping to draw up the contract, monitoring development and production, assessing compliance with requirements, helping to draw up the safety file, monitoring start-up and fine-tuning.

Description of the service

Assisting the contracting authority, from the preparation of tender documents to the follow-up of commissioning and fine-tuning in the context of contracts for the acquisition or modification/transformation of rolling stock or spare parts.
Identify maintenance challenges, objectives and constraints (safety, costs, availability)

Input data

Design and validation specifications for the system under study
Technical or operating data for project management assistance
Maintenance objectives (expected performance in terms of reliability, availability, maintainability)
Description of production facilities
