Service objectives
- Analyze impacts in terms of safety standards (national directives, TSI, European directives)
- Identify the deliverables to be supplied as evidence for the technical and MSC opinions to be issued, to enable the expected admission dossier for the new equipment to be compiled.
Description of the service
- Help define the admission strategy for new rolling stock, for all train subsystems or specific subsystems
- Support on behalf of a third party, who is the promoter, in compiling the elements that go to make up the safety file for this new rolling stock. This safety file is drawn up on behalf of a third party, and presented to authorize the rolling stock to run on the RFN or urban network in compliance with railway safety standards.
