ECM services (full or partial)
Access to the various European rail networks for different rail vehicles is governed by regulations to guarantee the safety and interoperability of the entire rail system, and the following regulations are imposed on all vehicles running on the European rail network: - Directive (EU) 2016/798 defines the common principles for the management, regulation and control of rail safety. - Implementing regulation (EU) 2019/779 lays down provisions for a certification system for entities responsible for vehicle maintenance.
