- reliability of new rolling stock
- preparing the maintenance system
Description of the service
- Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Technical Specifications and the Procurement Contract
- Negotiating and managing contractual deviations
- Project budget management
- Project schedule follow-up
- Interface between rolling stock manufacturer and future maintenance entity
- Follow-up and/or preparation of certification and traffic authorization files
- Monitoring equipment performance during commissioning, particularly in terms of reliability
- Warranty tracking
- Technical meetings
- Contractual meetings
- Legal advice
- Contradictory assessments

- Manufacturer documentation, presentations and deliverables
