- The maintenance plan and all the associated documentation supplied by the rolling stock manufacturer are not always adapted to the existing maintenance system, and to day-to-day operating constraints.
- In this case, it is necessary to adapt and develop this documentation. With their extensive experience in railway maintenance engineering, Masteris and the Material Engineering department are able to help you make the most of these changes.
Description of the service
- Review and check the completeness of the maintenance documentation submitted
- Analysis of existing maintenance facilities (infrastructure, human resources and skills, tools, etc.).
- Identification of gaps and formulation of improvement proposals
- Support for documentation upgrades and integrated logistics support (SLI)
- Take charge of the evolution validation process
