Your project as a training officer :

Within the Human Resources department of MASTERIS, you work in a very nice HR team composed of 3 people: Human Resources Director, HR Project Manager, HR Development Officer. Your mission is to provide support to the HR Project Manager both in the HR administrative field and in the projects of the entire department.

After an integration period in person, you will be able to carry out part of your mission from home, one day a week.

🚩 Main activities of the position

- Onboarding (preparation of the contract, welcoming the new employee, management of HR tools)

- Management of employee requests (Payroll, Enterprise Policy, Personnel Administration)

- Organization and follow-up of mandatory training courses (electrical authorizations, SST, awareness of fire extinguisher handling)

- Preparation of variable payroll elements (semi-externalized payroll)

- Management of occupational medicine

- Organization and follow-up of the integration process

- Internal communication (new arrivals, internal notes, HR projects, etc.)

- Update of the BDES

- HR Reporting

What about you?

Ideally in the last year of business school or university.

You have knowledge of social location and HRIS.

Curious and with good interpersonal skills, you want to join a dynamic company on a human scale in which the sense of service is major.

Mastery of the Pack office. Excel (Mailing, Excel V search functions, SI functions)
