Your project as an admission engineer :

Objective:

- Obtain authorizations for customers to put equipment on the market.

- Set up and manage the authorization process for each project concerned.

- Prospect alongside sales staff.

Responsibility envisaged (Project, management...) :

- Support the business engineer in the success of the project (Authorization section)

- Managing the engineering and design department

- Act as the customer's main contact with the authorities and appraisers

Main activities :

- Make a list of the main tasks involved.

- Preliminary study and costing of the project

- Managing the authorization process

- Create, manage and update the authorization schedule

- Draft and validate the specifications for the assessment organization's services

- Initialize the tender

- Identify the independent body and draw up the contract

- Drawing up a Safety Management Plan

- Preparing the presentation file for the SLAs

- Identify notified national technical rules and specific European and national regulations

- Create and maintain "clause-by-clause" compliance matrices for NNTRs and STIs

- Consolidate ranking for Significance & Interoperability

- Specify the requirements to be met by studies, standards and regulations

- Managing the Smoke & Fire project

- Implement the MSC method and obtain the As-Bo assessment report

- List and process exported constraints related to design, maintenance and operation

- Preparing the technical authorization file (DA, DJS, DTS, DDA, etc.)

- Identify CE proofs of conformity to assess conformity

- Manage and process dossiers for De-Bo No-Bo assessment bodies and authorities (ERA, ANS, STRMTG)

- Obtaining CE certificates from No-Bo

- Obtain a certificate of compliance (verification certificate) with national regulations

- Obtaining authorization to market modified materials (ERA, ANS)

Trade (know-how):

Knowledge of applicable regulatory standards.

Knowledge of the various authorities (ANS, ERA, Assessors).

Knowledge of the general authorization process for a rail or urban system or sub-system.
