Your project as Customer Manager OPTER Rénovation Trains AGC M/F :

 

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT :

- If necessary, take part in finalizing the contractualization of your business: check the consistency and completeness of contracts and their appendices, compile initial contractual reference documents.

- Take part in the handover meeting, enabling him to take full ownership of the case, learn more about the history of the relationship, and readjust the risk grid.

- Maintain contractual guidelines: draw up amendments, trace customer decisions

- Manage contract amendments, with the assistance of the Contract Manager if necessary, and based on feedback from the OPTER correspondent

- Managing contractual risks: identifying and qualifying risks, proposing and monitoring the associated action plan

- Handle complaints: customer follow-ups, file preparation, etc.

 

OPERATIONS FOLLOW-UP :  

- On the basis of a standard kit, set up the basics of case management at the start of a case: consolidation of the customer schedule, initialization of the tracking tool, initialization of reporting, other elements Liaise with the OPTER correspondent(s) in IT involved in the case Receive the minutes issued by the OPTER correspondent(s) Reference, date and document all the steps to be carried out in the tracking tool.

- Organize regular coordination meetings with the OPTER correspondent(s) (weekly in nominal operation, daily when the situation requires).

- Keep abreast of the progress of the OPMV of the trainsets in his/her contract Aggregate progress information in the MASTERIS monitoring tool Act as the interface between the MATERIAL Project Managers and the customer.

 

CUSTOMER RELATIONS :

- Act as a privileged contact for customers, keeping them informed of the progress of their projects, collecting and recording all their requests and responding to them, with the support of in-house teams.

- Prepare and lead all contractual meetings with customers (especially monitoring committees). Draft reports.

- Keep customers informed about the progress of their business

- Collect and record all their requests, maintain a log of open points

- Respond to customer requests with the support of in-house teams.

 

PILOT :

- Maintain a business dashboard

- Prepare a Planning report (highlighting the progress of trains), Euros (invoicing), Risks

- Participate in MASTERIS steering bodies Participate in various steering bodies with SNCF Matériel (project teams, industrial Technicentres, after-sales teams, etc.)

- Update business reporting

- Produce concise reports for line management, provide summary activity reports.

- Alert your superiors to upcoming risks or problems so that relations with the TER and AO BUs run smoothly.

 

BILLING :

- Issue quotations for additional, complementary and supplementary services to CUSTO'M customers

- Issue PROFORMA (PROGINOV) invoices that will give rise to purchase orders

- Keep payment schedules up to date.

- Manage the invoicing plan for your business. Organize after-sales reporting. Maintain the warranty date management database.

- Monitor after-sales service operations Communicate information to the customer about trainsets under warranty

- Manage disputes (unsatisfactory trains after OPMV)

- Control open points Close warranty after all open points have been closed

 

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT :

- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes (standardization, necessary adjustments, implementation of tools, etc.).
