Your Project as an Engineering Business Manager :

 

The rail freight market is undergoing significant change, as is rolling stock maintenance.

 

MASTERIS, through its Rail Logistique et Travaux Ferroviaires department, supports its customers in these changes and offers new services adapted to these needs.

 

In this context, maintenance engineering plays a central role:

- By guaranteeing ever more efficient maintenance (reliability and optimum availability of rolling stock),

- By enabling the integration of technological evolutions throughout the product life cycle.

- Masteris is looking for an engineering project manager to support its main customers in maintenance engineering issues.

 

As such, here are your missions:

 

- Lead or contribute to the submission of technical and commercial bids,

- Program, pilot and manage contracts signed by MASTERIS.

 

The main subjects dealt with are maintenance engineering subjects: Reliability / Obsolescence management / Safety / Modification management / PMS (Synthetic Maintenance Plans) management / REX (Feedback).

 

Upstream of the sale:

- Receive requests from customers or prospects

- Provide input on engineering issues of relevance to customers

- Help customers define their needs

 

Business and study management :

- Analyze specifications

- Produce sales responses and combine them with technical offers

- Manage projects in collaboration with various partners within the SNCF group

- Participate in the analysis of experience feedback (REX) and propose solutions for optimizing equipment maintenance.

- Ensure the link with the client in the follow-up of the contract

- Ensure compliance with QCD commitments

- Track economic data (orders, invoices)

 

Other tasks :

- Produce an economic balance sheet for the area under management

- Building customer loyalty through a climate of trust

 

Occasional travel in France to manage business (customers and suppliers).


Profile:

 

Expected Know-How / Expertise:

- Knowledge of railway rolling stock

- Mastering the railway environment

- Knowledge of CMMS tools

- Business and contract management

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Knowledge of ECE 2019-779 regulations would be an asset
