Your project as Key Account and Supplier Relationship Manager M/F :

Background :

The rail freight market is undergoing significant change, and rolling stock maintenance is keeping pace with it. MASTERIS, through its Rail Logistique et Travaux Ferroviaires department, supports its customers in these changes and offers new services adapted to these needs.

To support the development of its main customers, MASTERIS is looking for a Key Account and Supplier Relationship Manager.


Objectives:

- Manage customer relations on a portfolio limited to strategic market players

- Develop business with portfolio customers

- Set up a supplier animation program

- Contribute to the management of the department and assist its director


Your main tasks:

- Identify customer needs and support their formalization

- Coordinate technical and economic responses, in liaison with the account managers in charge.

- Support business managers in contract management

- Resolving customer disputes

- Managing the need for contractual changes

- For business within its scope, from the pre-sales phase through to completion of the service, guarantee the implementation of internal processes (ordering, invoicing, collection, budgeting, etc.).

- Conduct a competitive market watch

- Define and implement an organization designed to improve relations with suppliers

- Create and develop a network of partners

- In the absence of the department manager, replace him/her in his/her operational functions

- location of the position: Saint-Denis

- contract: SNCF availability, class 8 or 9

- travel within France (3 to 4 per month)


What if it was you?

You have at least 10 years' professional experience in rolling stock maintenance with SNCF.


Know-how / Expertise :

- Expertise in the players and resources involved in rolling stock maintenance and engineering

- Mastery of the maintenance entity's regulatory environment

- Knowledge of the rail freight market
